About us
We love creating wonderful food selections to satisfy our patron’s culinary experience. We blend classic tavern flair with a Caribbean twist! Our menu and specials are created by executive Chef Akeile Mollick and General Manager Ayoola Mollick-Guppy.
In addition to our delicious menu and robust beer, wine, and mixed drink selection, we have a large dining room and bar where you are never far from one of our 14 large screen TV’s. Have a drink and play shuffleboard on our 16’ table.
We are a kid friendly environment and have two pool tables and classic pinball game for the entire family to enjoy.
Meet The Team
Ronald Witt
Ron and his wife, Maureen, live in Robbinsville, NJ. They have two daughters, Hannah and Devon, and a son, Cameron. Ron is the President & CEO of Sweetwater Construction Corp. Sweetwater is a General Contractor & Construction Management firm located in Cranbury, NJ. Ron and Maureen enjoy spending down time in Long Beach Island with their kids and three dogs. In addition to spending time in LBI, Ron enjoys playing golf and watching episodes of Cheers, The Big Bang Theory, and Everyone Loves Raymond.'Laughter is a great stress reducer and is good for my soul!
